The construction industry is a hazardous industry and our work often involves situations where there is the potential for risk to the health and safety of our employees, other workers and the public.
It is our policy to protect the health and safety of our employees and others in our workplace by:
- Working with employees to identify, assess and control safety risks in the workplace
- Keeping up to date on workplace safety regulations and requirements
- Planning and working according to safe working procedures
- Training our employees in safe work methods and techniques
- Providing appropriate plant, processes and safety equipment for the job
- Monitoring and working to improve our health and safety performance
- Providing suitable first aid training and first aid facilities in all of our workplaces
Environmental Policy
Our company has a legal and moral obligation to protect the environment.
Our work often involves noisy and messy work, sometimes using products and chemicals that could be harmful to the environment. It is our policy to work to minimise our impact on the environment.
We are committed to achieving this through:
- Understanding and meeting the requirements of relevant local, state and/or federal environmental regulations
- Educating our employees on the potential impact of our process and materials on the environment

ENGINEERING EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE - Employing university educated registered professional engineers together with administration staff to organise and supervise small to large and complex projects, and to find innovative solutions to our customers' needs
WORKMANSHIP - Training our staff in good work practices, methods and techniques to ensure that our work meets specified requirements and expectations
RESPONDING QUICKLY - Maintaining a level of staff resources, combined with a large range of in-house equipment and material stock, so that we are able to respond quickly to our customers' needs and to emergency situations
HAVING A "CAN DO" ATTITUDE - Having a readiness to tackle difficult and unusual projects and to get the job done in good time
DOCUMENTED SYSTEMS - Implementing documented management systems and procedures to help us meet project requirements and the expectations of our customers and the community. Our management system is independently certified to meet the requirements of the ISO9001 Quality System Standard.
